So I was driving back to work in one of our radio station vehicles and the fine folks at the Rochester PD were stopping traffic on Exchange Street…I had no idea why this was happening as the street appeared clear. Then, around the corner of Main and Exchange appeared something you don’t see everyday.

Today there was a special on ESPN’s Sportscenter featuring President Obama’s March Madness bracket picks…There was a lot of deliberation in the Oval Office.

I have to admit that the Pres. and I have the same Final Four, however, I have Louisville winning it all. GO BIG EAST! Take a look for yourself.

The Super Bowl is this weekend! I am so freakin’ excited. At this point the game on the field is the least of my worries. I am currently embarking on a boot camp fitness challenge so all I can think about is what food to eat? Let me enlighten you on what I mean…
Super Bowl XLII (last year’s) menu:
- Shrimp platter
- Sub platter
- Wrap platter
- Chips and French Onion Dip
- Buffalo Wing Dip and Corn Chips
- Buffalo Wings
- Pizza w/ Blue Cheese
- Beer
- Cup Cakes
- Super Bowl Cake (with the team’s helmets)
- Skittles
- Quesadillas w/ Sour Cream
- Tacos
I saw this video on TV a while back and my Super Bowl party makes me think of a professional eating competition…BRING ON THE BEAR!

So, yesterday was the Presidential Inauguration of Barack Obama. What a moment in American history. Still, even with this larger than life event only hours old I can’t help but begin to think about how President Obama will remodel the White House. I know there are already a few sporting rooms such as bowling and tennis but the President is think about putting in a basketball court! What a great idea Barack (we’re tight)…just drop me a text and I’ll be over on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after work. Well anyways, in honor of the introduction of hoops to Pennsylvania Avenue and the President’s former home town of Chicago here is the greatest hard court intro EVER!
